Over four semesters in the Master's program in Sustainability and Management from Business School Berlin (BSP), you will acquire the skills, motivation, and courage needed to drive innovation and create meaningful, lasting change within organizations. Mindset, Skillset, Toolset

They develop competencies on three levels: cultivate a multidisciplinary way of thinking (mindset), expand your practical capabilities (skillset), and acquire the tools necessary to apply methods and concepts in real-world situations (toolset).

Building a Common Foundation

Three core business modules in strategy, leadership, and organization provide a strong management foundation. This common basis also enables students from non-business backgrounds to successfully complete the program.

Practice, Practice, Practice

The program is highly practice-oriented. You will gain insights into companies from various industries and, in a dedicated module, visit organizations of different sizes to compare their business models and sustainability approaches.

Turning Ideas into Action

From the very first semester, you will work individually or in teams on your own applied projects in areas such as Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Impact Measurement, and Sustainable Business Transformation.

An Interdisciplinary Perspective

To truly understand sustainability, it is essential to look beyond disciplinary boundaries. Since sustainability is a multidisciplinary phenomenon, the program also addresses ethical, legal, and psychological dimensions of sustainability.

Project Placement or Semester Abroad

In the third semester, you can choose between two options:

Spend ten weeks working in a company of your choice and apply your knowledge in practice.

Complete a semester abroad at one of the university's more than 50 partner institutions worldwide.

Applicants must have:

A relevant university degree qualifying for professional employment in accordance with applicable regulations.

A Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification worth at least 180 ECTS credits in business, social sciences, humanities, or a related field.

Alternatively, a comparable relevant academic degree.

English language proficiency at B2 level and German language proficiency at C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
