Overview

You will thus expand upon your knowledge of the branch of the law underpinning your dissertation by reading, engaging with and beginning to contribute to at least one identifiable line of literature in the context of a postgraduate dissertation in law.

Career:

Completion of the  Law from  University of Malta  :

• Provides the pediments to pursue studies and research at doctoral level, particularly doctoral studies in law. The M.A degree in law can also be useful toward completion of doctoral studies in a different field that would be complemented by providing a basis in postgraduate studies in law.
• Enables lawyers and legal practitioners to further their legal work and practice by being able to engage with cutting edge research in law as well as by being able to conduct academic research in law.

• Complements careers beyond the scope of law and legal practice per se that may nevertheless benefit from the ability to engage with and conduct research in law.
