- Enrollment in or completion of General Surgery specialization (or related surgical field)
- Clinical experience in general, digestive, oncologic, laparoscopic, or robotic surgery (preferred)
- Previous surgical training, fellowships, or hospital-based operative experience (advantage)
- Curriculum vitae with clinical activity, operative exposure, and possible research/publications
- Selection based on qualification evaluation and possible interview/ranking
- Knowledge of Italian at professional level (B2–C1 typically expected)
- Intended for medical doctors; not open to bachelor-level applicants
