Data Law course is a required professional course for the Artificial Intelligence from Macau University of Science & Technology program, covering some basic legal systems of data law.

To complete the courses stipulated in the study plan, students must complete required and elective courses in the first academic year, with the credit allocation as follows: Required courses in Table 1 account for 15 credits; elective courses in Table 2 account for 15 credits. Before applying for the defense in the second academic year, students must complete a thesis, an academic year report, and an academic project, with the credit allocation as follows: Thesis accounts for 8 credits, academic year report accounts for 2 credits, and academic project accounts for 3 credits. The total credits are 43.
Students' grades in each subject are evaluated based on a comprehensive assessment of classroom discussions, special reports, and examinations.
Write an original master's thesis of no less than 20,000 words that meets the school's requirements. The master's thesis must pass the review and thesis defense.
