Overview

The program is a balanced and challenging one, equipping participants with the analytical,leadership, and managerial skills to facilitate their strategic role in leading transformations.Through regular group work on cases and individual assignments on management dilemmas,students will showcase their newly acquired knowledge skill sets. Insights into currentmanagerial issues, geopolitics, macroeconomics, governance, among the variety of topics,will provide a transversal view for systemic change strategies. Hands-on methodsinclude face-to-face team negotiations, business simulations, live business cases, best practice sharing, inverted classroom methodologies, and more.

Accreditation

The program is authorized and accredited by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youthof Georgia. In 2026, the Caucasus University School of Business (CSB) received an invitationto undergo an AACSB accreditation visit - a significant milestone marking the final stage onits pathway toward AACSB accreditation.

Programme Structure

The program in ‘’Strategic Management and Leadership Through Change’’ offers a general management program in a triple-accredited International Business School. Alpine Business School is highly applied in its content, delivered by an experienced team that brings together academic specialists with top managers and consultants from various sectors.

Grenoble's long-standing partnerships enable us to offer the program in two capital cities. The program delivered through this partnership with its core and specialization modules is identical to the Grenoble program. Grenoble lecturers travel for delivery of many of the modules to the two campuses. This scheme ensures program's absolute identity to Grenoble's one.

Participants may also arrive to Grenoble for the optional Personal Development Week that is conducted each year for the three specialization weeks; this program allows students from all four sites can network.
