You will gain expertise in ultrasound physics, radiographic procedures, and radiomics while benefiting from state-of-the-art imaging facilities. Central to the learning experience is the Center for Healthcare Simulation and Innovation (CHSI), which offers a risk-free, controlled environment for practising imaging techniques in realistic clinical scenarios. Other than this, our simulation lab includes high-fidelity simulators and imaging equipment that allow students to rehearse patient interaction, imaging protocols, and emergency procedures, providing invaluable hands-on experience. Additional specialised labs focus on radiation safety, image processing, and quality assurance, supporting practical learning and research in new imaging technologies.
Collaborations with leading hospitals, research institutions, and technology companies further enhance practical training, support research in radiation safety, and encourage experimentation with modern imaging techniques. The programme is accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and the Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) and recognised by key radiology and healthcare associations, ensuring alignment with the highest educational and professional standards.

- BSc Medical Imaging Technology (Hons-4 years)
- Bachelors in Medical Imaging Sciences (BMIS) 5 years
- Medical Imaging Doctor (MID) 5 years
- Candidates are accepted in the department with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 or 60% marks in their final qualification.
- UOL entry test and interview are mandatory.
- Candidates must bring a research proposal along with them for the interview.
