The Active Ageing and Age-Friendly Society (EMMA) course is conducted by five partner universities:

The curriculum combines interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches of ageing research, including areas such as social sciences, politics, economics, technology, and health, in both theory and practice.
Students acquire in-depth knowledge and critical perspectives on active aging and societal changes associated with demographic shifts.

General requirements
To be eligible for a master’s degree program, you must have completed a relevant bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Health Sciences, Technological Sciences, Sport Sciences, Economic Sciences and related fields or equivalent ECTS Level 6 qualification (minimum duration depending on the country: 3 or 4 years, equivalent to at least 180 ECTS).
