Description

The Master of Radiology programme from MARA Technological University is a four-year full-time training programme, aimed to train candidates to graduate as competent Clinical Radiologists. In accordance with the National Radiology Conjoint Board, the programme comprises of three parts, Part 1 (12 months), Part 2 (24 months) and Part 3 (12 months). Each part will culminate in an examination, namely Part I Examination, Part 2 examination and Part 3 (Final) Examination.

General requirements

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent medical qualification approved by the Senate.
Full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Minimum 1 year of post-housemanship experience in a hospital or suitable health facility; Radiology experience is an advantage.
Pass the Medical Specialist Pre-entrance Examination (MEDEX) for Radiology or other qualifying examinations/interviews required by the National Radiology Conjoint Board.
Pass a medical examination.
Valid medical practicing certificate from the country of origin.
Temporary Practicing Certificate (TPC) from the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
