Additionally, candidates with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biology, or Zoology must possess an upper second class degree and also meet the same minimum grade requirement in Biochemistry or cumulative GPA. It is mandatory for all graduates to have completed at least a 3-credit hour course in Biochemistry. Furthermore, the general admission policies and criteria established by the University are applicable. Applicants are required to submit their current academic credentials including an official transcript, certified degree documentation, and three letters of recommendation from previous instructors and employers. Lastly, candidates must successfully pass both written and oral entrance examinations administered by the department.
