This course emphasizes VLSI system design, verification, device modeling, testing and diagnosis of VLSI circuits, semiconductor process technology, VLSI signal processing, analog and mixed signal IC design, along with fundaments of semiconductor devices, FPGA design, fabrication, MEMS, and NEMS.
