Overview

The emphasis in the Master of Fine Arts at University of Delhi is on practical studio work, study of prescribed theory subjects and research in selected fields.

The Faculty are practicing artists painters, sculptors and graphic designers of national, international repute, and also a selected group of visiting Faculty who enrich the teaching programmes with their expertise, thus providing the students with the opportunity of discussion and interaction with eminent and contemporary artists, designers and entrepreneurs.

Career paths:

Those who graduate may become freelance artists, designers and visualizers or they would be qualified from employment in Advertising Agencies, Publishing Houses, Governement or Private Establishments, Teachers or Administrators or Art Programmes besides the employment avenue in Information Technology.
