Overview
Specialised Law Studies - Human Rights Law from Charles University graduates will gain knowledge of international and European instruments governing human rights, as well as comparative insights into constitutional protection of human rights in selected countries.

Graduates of the program will be equipped with advanced skills in applying international and European legal standards to both domestic and cross-border cases. Through an interactive and practice-oriented teaching approach, they will acquire strong professional competencies in legal analysis, reasoning and argumentation, taking into account current jurisprudence from international and European courts, as well as the latest developments in this area of specialization.
