Overview

The master of Sustainable Chemistry for Energy Technologies at ITMO University is suitable for chemists and materials scientists who want to develop in chemistry for energy technologies, as well as for those who want to create products and technologies for their implementation on industrial enterprises.

Students will be able to fully immerse themselves in the research process without compromising educational activities. They will also be integrated into laboratory projects.

Directions of projects are modernization of the processes of production and processing of oil, gas, purification of industrial effluents and waste gasses.

Career prospects

After graduation, you can build a career in one of three tracks:

Academic career: graduates continue to work on scientific projects in postgraduate studies at leading universities.
Industrial career: you will be able to work in leading energy companies.
Startup development: students will be able to implement their own scientific and applied project from the idea to a large-scale industrial model.
