The Political Science and International Relations (Thesis) course at Istinye University aims to equip students with critical analytical skills to understand and navigate global political issues, fostering informed and engaged citizens.

The field of Political Science and International Relations examines all the actors of politics at the local and international levels within the framework of their historical backgrounds and interactions.
Main areas of interest include structure and functioning of state and international level institutitions, their political and economic relations with a special focus on foreign policy-making processes.
Multidimensional relations on the axes of cooperation or conflict among states and states and other actors are analyzed utizing the tools of various social science disciplines ranging from history, philosophy to economics and law.

- Graduate applications are accepted with an undergraduate diploma and transcript.
- A minimum of 60% success in the undergraduate/graduate diploma is required for the acceptance.
- Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Examination (ALES) scores are not required from candidates within the scope of international students.
- For master's and doctoral programmes with a thesis, it is compulsory to submit one of the English exam types and scores listed below, regardless of the language of instruction of the programme.
