General requirements
- Students with a relevant bachelors degree such as in Engineering, Science or Technology with honours from the University of Auckland (or equivalent), with a minimum GPA of 5.0 across 60 points above Stage III
- Students who have completed a relevant bachelors degree with honours from the University of Auckland (or equivalent) and passed 60 points in the Postgraduate Certificate of Intellectual Property with a GPA of 4.0
- Students with an LLB or LLB(Hons) degree and a relevant bachelors degree with a GPA of 5.0 in their last year of study
- Students with a relevant bachelors degree, but without honours (Such students may be admitted if they have a GPA of 5.0 and can demonstrate to the Programme Director at least two years of relevant practical professional experience in the field of intellectual property.)
