Supported by collaborations with domestic and foreign institutions, PS MPWK offers a dynamic academic environment with the presence of guest lecturers, joint research, and affiliation with ASPI and APSA.

Programme management is conducted in a transparent and professional manner, with a quality assurance system based on BAN-PT, ISO, and periodic evaluation mechanisms. Through coordination with UB's Quality Assurance Unit and Quality Assurance Centre, PS MPWK continues to improve the quality of education, research, and community service, ensuring graduates are ready to face the challenges of regional and urban development. Urban and Regional Planning is offered at Brawijaya University.

URP graduates have very broad career opportunities. Not only as planning practitioners, graduates can have a career as academics, state civil servants, or work in private companies and state / regional owned enterprises.

Planning Practitioner

BURP and MURP graduates can pursue careers as planning practitioners in various sectors, ranging from urban and regional planning to infrastructure development

Entrepreneur

BURP and MURP graduates can establish companies engaged in urban planning, construction or development.

State Civil Servant

BURP and MURP graduates can also serve as civil servants in ministries or local governments.

State-owned Enterprise

BURP and MURP graduates have the opportunity to work in state-owned enteprise engaged in infrastructure and regional development in planning and managing strategic projects.
