Overview
Soil and Water Management at Brawijaya University always strives to continuously improve its performance in order to achieve the highest possible competitiveness. Since 1983, the Master of Soil and Water Management Program was initially held in the implementation of the Postgraduate Program together with Gadjah Mada University (UGM) until it obtained a permit to organize education by the Director General of Higher Education in 1993 independently.

The Master's Program in Soil and Water Management is one of the leading Master's Programs in agricultural science in Indonesia. Opened in 1993, the Master's Program in Soil and Water Management (MPAM) of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FPUB) has played an active role in educating the nation through the provision of postgraduate education, developing agricultural science and technology, and generating concepts for agricultural development in Indonesia. Students studying in this PSM PTA program come from all regions in Indonesia, and its alumni have also served throughout Indonesia. Starting in 2016, the program has reached students from abroad.
