Nature and Goals of the Program
The Clinical Psychology program at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University aims to provide the student with basic knowledge and skills about psychological disorders, their types, causes, modern psychological treatment methods, and designing psychological programs to prevent psychological disorders. It also enables him to have the skills of conducting a clinical interview, applying psychological tests, evaluating the case, and writing a psychological report. Providing psychological treatment, with its various demands and multiple forms, to all segments of society.Career opportunities
The graduate will be qualified to work as a clinical psychologist in: All government and private hospitals, Mental health outpatient clinics, Drug abuse treatment centers, Rehabilitation centres , Schools and special education systems, Research and measurement services centers, Social service agencies.Programme Structure

General requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology with a minimum GPA of 'B+'.
- A minimum score of 6 in the IELTS Academic test or its equivalent from other English language tests.
- A minimum score of 65 in the General Aptitude Test for University Graduates, or a score of 144 in the Quantitative Reasoning Measure of the GRE General Test.
- Passing a personal interview.
- Passing an entrance exam.
- A minimum of three months of work experience in the field or three months of internship or field training.
