General requirements

The applicant must be a Saudi citizen or, if non-Saudi, have an officialscholarship for graduate studies.

The applicant must have a university degree from a Saudi or any accredited university.
The applicant must be of good behavior, fair reputation and medically fit
The applicant must submit two letters of recommendation from professors who have taught him/her.
The applicant, if employed, must provide a letter of consent from his current employer to join the program.
The applicant for a doctorate program must enroll as a fulltime student;
University Council may exempt students from this condition, if necessary.
