Studying this interdisciplinary degree closely aligned with our Gender Institute and our Department of Geography means that you will learn from internationally renowned experts specialised in gender research and geography. Royal Holloway University of London's Department of Geography was ranked 5th in the UK for research excellence in the most recent REF2021 assessment.You’ll have close contact with the academic staff teaching on the course and you’ll receive individual support from your personal tutor from the gender studies teaching team whilst being able to tailor your degree to your interests. Optional modules will cover a range of topics such as global challenges in the present and future, sustainability, justice and development, and research methods.

Through the MSc Gender Studies - Global Futures you’ll:
