- A bachelor's degree recognized by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research directly or closely related to the discipline (e.g., sharia and law)
- Students who lack the required knowledge for unconditional admission must complete pre-core courses offered at ADU to undergraduate students, as recommended by the

- Copy of Updated CV.
- A true copy of an equivalency letter from the UAE Ministry of Education for applicants graduating from universities outside the UAE, in addition to a true copy of the certified Bachelor degree certificate and transcript.
- Original equivalency letter issued by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education for any qualification issued outside the UAE.
- A police clearance certificate issued by any of the police departments located throughout the UAE.
