General requirements

Applicants will typically hold a first degree or equivalent (including international qualifications) in a relevant professional healthcare field, such as a medical or nursing degree. Registered healthcare professionals without these recognised qualifications will be considered on an individual basis and a wide range of prior experience may be taken into account.
Only students who have successfully passed the 3 modules of the PgCert (or equivalent RPL) will be able to sit the Clinical Practice Module.
All students must have adequate indemnification for aesthetic procedures from an insurer. All students must be registered with a healthcare licensing body , which body considers aesthetic injectable treatments within that profession’s clinical competence.
All students must have prescriber status or must be accompanied by a prescriber in the OSCE.
