In recent years, the development of financial markets and the diversification of financial instruments have, on the one hand, brought new financial management techniques to the forefront, while, on the other, increasing the risks and uncertainties in this area, increasing the importance of financial risk management. 

The monetary value of transactions in international financial markets has far exceeded the monetary value of transactions in goods and services markets. This autonomous development and integration of international financial markets has also increased the need for a trained workforce, particularly those fluent in English, to monitor these markets.
