Overview
Our students in Mechatronic Engineering from Reykjavík University gain strong engineering and problem solving skills, and get to know all aspects of the engineering design process, from conception and development through operation and implementation. One of our key focus points is that the students develop strong team-working skills.
Structure
- The degree requirement is 120 ECTS, or equivalent of 4 semesters of full time study, following a 180 ECTS undergraduate study.
- Full time study is consider to be 30 ECTS per semester. Courses are usually 6-8 ECTS.
- Students have a choice of completing either a 30 or a 60 ECTS MSc thesis.
- In addition to the field requirements, students are encouraged to select from a variety of elective courses based on their personal interest.
- Exchange studies are available.
