Overview

The value-creating approach of the Strategic Experience Design program at FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences includes the basic topics of business, management and technology, as well as the core topics of human value, human behaviour and design. Knowledge of an agile, innovative way of thinking and methodology is taught in a very practice-oriented way using case studies.

Career paths

Strategic experience designers build bridges between companies, employees and customers on strategic, organisational and technological levels as well as between management and operative experience design. Admission requirements for the four-semester Master certificate programme in Strategic Experience Design are a university degree of at least 180 ECTS in the fields of design, business, management, social sciences or technology, and several years of relevant professional experience.
The programme is taught in English, so proficiency in English is required.
