The Electronic Science and Technology programme from Cyprus University of Technology targets to deliver specialists in the cross-cutting field of Electronic Science and Technology.
The graduates have solid theoretical knowledge, be able to do research independently, trace the latest development of technologies at home and abroad, conduct advanced techniques in research and problem-solving, read and compose technical papers, engage in international exchange, and be full of team spirit and professionalism.

- Enable graduates to develop the ability to conduct scientific research at the highest level.
- Promote the development and consolidation at the highest level of fundamental concepts and knowledge in electronic engineering.
- Promote the pursuit of graduate studies in postgraduate doctoral degrees as well as their active involvement in independent research.
- Develop the ability to write and publish work and produce research work.
- Develop the ability for an independent and inventive approach in matters of modeling and design of electronic engineering systems.

General requirements
- A copy of a valid passport or Civil ID.
- A Curriculum Vitae (C.V.)
- Copies of University degrees or a confirmation letter which states that the candidate is expected to graduate before he/she starts the postgraduate programme.
- Copies of Academic Transcripts
- A brief Personal Statement of goals and research interests (approximately 500 words) in which the candidate explains why he/she wishes to pursue a graduate programme at CUT.
- Proof of English proficiency.
- Any other certificates and documents, such as samples of relevant academic or professional work (publications, articles, portfolios etc.) according to the internal rules of graduate studies of each Department where the application is submitted.
- Reference letters are required only for the master’s programmes of the Cyprus International Institute.
