This Micro- and Nanoelectronics program at The Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus - Senftenberg expands and deepens your knowledge in the areas of semiconductor physics, technology and components , in the design of integrated circuits in various technologies, in assembly and integration technology and in application areas such as communication, radar and sensor technology.

The Micro- and Nanoelectronics degree program qualifies you for tasks in the semiconductor industry with activities in the field of research and development of innovative semiconductor technologies and components or in the field of designing innovative integrated circuits. For both career goals, the Micro- and Nanoelectronics (M.Sc.) degree program not only provides you with specialized knowledge but also the basics of semiconductor physics and electronics and familiarizes you with selected application scenarios.
