With this Strategic Change Management, Leadership and Transformation program from Conestoga College you will explore a variety of change management theories, models, and principles to build a solid foundation. You will view change through an organizational lens, including culture, strategic direction, organizational readiness, and hierarchical influences. You will analyze the human side of change such as the psychology of change, motivational factors, and effective communication.
