• Plan and conduct fundamental and applied research in the field of transport equipment and technology and on their basis develop scientific projects for the transport complex.
• Analyze ways to solve problems and predict the consequences, as well as organize the planning and implementation of transport tasks.
• To study and apply the skills of handling modern technology, the ability to use information technology, modern packages of computer modeling and engineering analysis when performing dissertations.
• Possess the skills of technological design of infrastructure facilities of external and intra-urban transport.
• Determine the goals and objectives of the dissertation, take into account various factors when building the structure of their interrelations and identifying priority areas for solving transport problems.
