Learning Outcomes

The Power Supply of Industrial Enterprises Cities and Agro Industrial Complexes program from Kazakh Agro-Technical Research University (KATRU) will help you:

Analyze the formation of practical skills for solving optimization problems; the ability to evaluate and determine the effectiveness of decisions made; the ability to conduct scientific research, the use of modern pedagogical methods and technologies.
Calculate and evaluate transient processes; know the basics of mathematical modeling and identification; ability to analyze the stability of systems.
To know the technologies of manufacturing, installation and operation of the latest power supply systems, relay protection, and renewable energy sources; ability to design power centers in power supply systems with distributed generation.
Develop intelligent power supply systems and determine the characteristics of hybrid electrical complexes; use knowledge of modern information technologies in the electric power industry.
Apply the skills of consulting and commercial activities in the field of electricity supply to the agro-industrial complex, public speaking skills.
Analyze and apply modern methods and schemes of relay protection and automation; development of schemes and equipment of power stations and substations; ability to analyze and apply small generation concepts.
