Overview
The Master in Human Capital Management (MHCM) at Singapore University of Social Sciences is intended to meet the needs of existing human resource professionals and managers wishing to take on greater and more strategic responsibility, as well as senior managers and business leaders who wish to enhance their ability to leverage human capital.
Careers
Graduates from the Human Capital Management Programmes will have acquired the advanced knowledge and skills to function effectively as leaders and advisors in human capital management.
They will have the competence in people management to take on challenging roles/positions in business and government organisations. These also include broad-based competencies such as critical thinking, business partnership, policy analysis, as well as programme evaluation.

- Applicants must possess an undergraduate degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
