Metals and minerals are needed to power industries, develop wind and solar technologies, and transition away from fossil fuels. The Exploration Geoscience degree at Luleå University of Technology gives you the tools to work with this important societal transition. After graduation, you can choose to work anywhere in the world as your knowledge in geoscience is universal.

Careers

The program provides skills for working as a geologist / geophysicist in exploration for mineral resources. As geoscientific knowledge and skills are universal you can work anywhere in the world, as a consultant or for the industry.
