At Canterbury Christ Church University we offer an innovative Heritage course which will train you in new digital skills relating to interpretation and heritage management, whilst also providing you with an awareness of the heritage sector that will allow you to develop as a practitioner for a range of careers.

Increasingly employment in the heritage sector requires postgraduate qualifications in order to specialise. This course will provide a link into the heritage sector for those undertaking a career change or returning to study, or offer a route into a career in the archaeological and planning sector.

A Master's degree is essential for those wishing to progress onto a PhD and this could be the lynchpin in developing your skills as an interdisciplinary researcher.

A 2:2 honours degree or above in a relevant Humanities discipline.
We will also consider applications from those with other qualifications, those returning from education or with a relevant background.
Entry requirements for international students whose first language is not English include an IELTS overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in reading and writing.
