Overview

Build the skills to make evidence-based decisions across talent acquisition, employee development, performance, and organizational change. You will work with HR analytics, contemporary talent practices, and digital tools through case studies, workshops, and projects led by industry professionals.

The one-year, 90-ECTS program is taught in English in Barcelona. Graduates earn an official Master of Science in Management with Human Resources and Talent Development, approved in Catalonia and listed in Spain’s RUCT.

Accreditation
