Course overview

The Strategic People Management program at The University of Wales Trinity Saint David offer students the opportunity to engage in discussion with fellow students from all over South Wales and from a variety of organisations on topics of strategic relevance to people management. Modules are facilitated by lecturers with substantial experience in the field, including qualified employment law solicitors.

Each module has been designed to directly align with the CIPD Profession Map and so provides students will all the underpinning core knowledge and behaviours required to successfully lead and manage people practice in modern organisations.

The qualification is suitable for:

Those aspiring to or already occupying a strategic people management role
Those who wish to gain a depth and breadth of knowledge to lead people practice and add value to their organisations

An honours degree or postgraduate qualification eg. BA, MSc
A relevant professional qualification eg. CIPD Intermediate qualification, ILM, CIM
