- A Personal Statement of up to 500 words outlining relevant prior study and work experience, and motivation to undertake the program; and
- Satisfy the University of Melbourne's English Language Requirement.
For students coming from an Architecture undergraduate degree:
- A three-year undergraduate degree in Architecture with a weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 65% (University of Melbourne equivalent)
For students coming from a Property (or related) undergraduate degree:
- A three-year undergraduate degree in Property or a related discipline (e.g. construction or business) with a weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 65% (University of Melbourne equivalent); and
- One design studio subject and one art/architecture/built environment/design history subject at undergraduate level, or equivalent
