Asia and China Studies at National Chung Hsing University is set to strive for leadership in the region and compete for excellence with other global studies programs in the Indo-Pacific.

Highlights

At IMPACS, the goal is to make students ready for challenges. In addition to introductions to developments in Asia and China, IMPACS will train students to own capabilities with independent and critical thinking and analytical skills that will set them apart from others. By completing the program, students will be prepared for careers in foreign service, think tanks, journalism or further studies leading to a career in academia.

A photocopy of diploma from the highest educational institution completed (in Chinese or English).

Official transcript of academic records (in Chinese or English) with grade point average (preferable on GPA 0-4 scale) from each institution attended.

Two letters of recommendation.

A one-page study plan, written in Chinese or English.

One-page autobiography within 300~500 words or CV, written in Chinese or English.

Proof of financial sufficiency such as a bank statement indicating sufficient funds for staying in Taiwan issued by your financial institution(s).
