Overview
Key facts
As work processes become increasingly complex and accelerated, the need for qualified specialist and management personnel who act effectively and responsibly, think in a networked manner and use new technologies is increasing in organizations.
The boundaries of the individual functional areas of public institutions break down among the participants in the master's program - a fluid exchange of experiences and ideas is created, which opens up a holistic perspective on the range of tasks of the public service. Thanks to the part-time orientation of the course, the knowledge finds a direct path into practice and allows immediate entry into various management positions in the public sector without interrupting your own career path.
