The Executive and Organizational Coaching programme at Royal Roads University begins with the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, then moves into advanced topics such as psychology, ethics and evaluation. General requirements
- Completion of either an undergraduate four-year (or comparable) degree or a graduate degree in a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Normally, at least three years of relevant full-time experience.
- Applicants who do not meet the Standard Admission requirements will be considered for flexible admission which takes into account all that candidates have learned, not just academic grades.
- To be considered for Flexible Admission, applicants would normally require at least seven years of extensive relevant work experience and some post-secondary education.
