The topics taught in the Human Resource Management MBA by National Sun Yat Sen University program include: human resource management, organizational theory, organizational behavior, production and operations management, leadership style and decision making, corporate ethics, corporate communication and work culture, and other knowledge and abilities required of human resource professionals in multinational corporations.

The goal of the program is to train students to become mobile human resources professionals with a global perspective and strong communication skills. The two-year program prepares students for employment in multinational companies and organizations.
