The topics taught in the Human Resource Management MBA by National Sun Yat Sen University program include: human resource management, organizational theory, organizational behavior, production and operations management, leadership style and decision making, corporate ethics, corporate communication and work culture, and other knowledge and abilities required of human resource professionals in multinational corporations.

The goal of the program is to train students to become mobile human resources professionals with a global perspective and strong communication skills. The two-year program prepares students for employment in multinational companies and organizations.
Through the lectures, workshops, seminars and internships planned for the program, students are able to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to work in the ever-changing and competitive world of human resources, as well as to understand the important issues in the field of human resources
