General requirements
- To hold an official university degree or any other equivalent degree issued by a higher education institution belonging to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), empowering the holder to access to a Master/Doctorate degree in the country of origin (undergraduate degree or any other specifically declared equivalent: High Graduate, Engineer, Architect, etc.). In Spain this degree must account 240 ECTS credits.
- To hold an official degree issued by an institution not belonging to the EHEA, subject to verification by the UPM to prove the education level is equivalent to the official Spanish university degree, and empowering the holder to access to postgraduate education in the country of origin.
