- The Master in Computational Biology offered by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid is aimed to Graduates in Experimental Sciences who want to complement their formation by expanding their knowledge in the area of computing, and Computer Engineers who want to be trained in Bioinformatics.

General requirements
- To be in possession of an official Spanish university degree or another degree issued by a higher education institution of the European Higher Education Area, which authorizes, in the issuer country, to access Master's degrees.
- Likewise, graduates of educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area can access the Master without the need for homologation of their degrees, upon verification by the UPM that the graduate demonstrate a level of education equivalent to the corresponding official Spanish university degree, and that the degree authorizes in the issuing country to access postgraduate education.
- This way of access will not imply, in any case, the homologation of tany previous title that in possession of the applicant, nor its recognition for other purposes than that of studying the Master's degree.
