Developed in partnership with Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust — the first course of its kind in the North of England — it prepares you to deliver urgent and emergency care with confidence and skill.

You’ll learn to work as an autonomous practitioner, carrying out complex assessments, diagnostics, and treatment across a range of environments. With placements in ambulance services and wider clinical environments, you’ll gain real-world experience responding to patients of all ages and needs.

An Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant human or health related subject*

Provide a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and health clearances. We will request an Overseas Police Check if you have lived in a country outside of the UK for 6 months or more (whether continuously or in total) in the last 10 years before applying to us and whilst aged 18 or over

A conditional offer will be made upon completion of an APEL portfolio

GCSE Maths at grade 4 or above, or grade C or above if awarded under the previous GCSE grading scheme, or equivalent Ofqual regulated qualification
