- You must have completed a relevant bachelors degree from a recognised university or similar institution with a GPE of 4.0.
- Note: A relevant degree may be in architecture, arts, business, education, engineering, health sciences, medical sciences, law, planning, sciences or technology.
- Students who have previously been awarded the Degree of Bachelor of Property will not be admitted to the programme.
