• Non-traditional security threats, recurrent economic crises, and emerging problems of environmental disasters, famine and epidemic diseases are among the issues which have been testing human-beings' knowledge and ability. 
• To enhance understanding of international relations and thus to effectively cope with global problems, the University of Ulsan's Political Diplomacy department offers a full range of course-works concerning international relations, regional and comparative studies, and Korean politics. It helps students be more informed and responsible as a intelligent world citizen. 
• The curriculum includes International Relations (e.g., IR Theories, International Political Economy, International Organizations, etc.), Regional Studies (e.g., East Asian Politics, Sino-American Relations, Inter-Korean Relations, etc.), and various major-related Chinese and English courses.
• Developing students' expertise on international relations by educating IR theories, world history and global issues.
