Overview

Graduates of the Robotics and Robototechnology programme delivered by The Technical University of Kosice (TUKE) is able to coordinate development teams in the implementation of robotic cells in production organizations. The graduate is also able to deploy robotic devices in production cells, including the necessary peripheral devices and demonstrate functions and characteristics on a virtual 3D model, taking into account the requirements of Industry 4.0. The graduate is able to understand the problems related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in robotic systems.

Learning objectives

A graduate of the engineering degree, studying robotics and robot technology, can apply the acquired knowledge in engineering informatics, automation and robotics. He knows the principles and constructions of machinery and systems characterized by high functional, movement and manipulation capabilities with high mechanical precision.

The graduate can analyze principles, functions and use industrial and service robots for defined tasks. Knows the types, properties, characteristics and controls the programming of common types of industrial and service robots.

Curriculum Vitae in the Slovak language (or English, according to the language in which the student will study) signed by the applicant

a copy of passport

a proof of payment of the handling fee for the admission procedure (can be submitted to the Study department of the faculty concerned no later than the date of enrolment)
