This two year “M.Tech. program in Nanoscience and Technology (NST)” at Delhi Technological University is designed in a manner so that students are trained to various aspects of Nanomaterials, their latest development, synthesis and characterization including the design and development of nano scale optical and electronic devices.

This program equips young engineers and scientist with diverse background to excel in the emerging areas of Nanoscience and Technology. The student can opt for the projects mandatory in M.Tech. program in any research area of his interest in the department.

Also, Students have the opportunity to do their projects and internships at National Physical laboratory under DTU-NPL collaboration program.
