Overview

Film Art and Film Making from Manipal Academy of Higher Education is speared over two years wherein enrolled students will spend the first year at SoC and continue the second year at EICAR. On completion of the program, successful students will be awarded the degree of Master of Arts in Film Art by Manipal Academy of Higher Education and Master of Fine Arts in Filmmaking accredited by the European Accreditation Board of Higher Education Schools (EABHES).

Learning Goals

It is aimed at individuals who possess a deep interest in films and are keen on learning the finer nuances of the profession. As a specialized course, this program will train students in the complete film making process including screen writing, cinematography, directing, editing as well as help them develop an understanding of the social, cultural, economic perspectives of the medium.

Candidates with Foreign qualifications must submit equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, as per program requirements
