At Food Engineering from Izmir Institute of Technology the vision of the IzTech Food Engineering Department is to run globally and nationally reputable undergraduate and graduate education programs that produce scientifically supported outputs that benefit the industry and society and to produce innovative products and technological solutions for thriving food industry.

Mission

The main aim of our department is to educate engineers who can make innovative contributions to rapidly developing food industry and also to train engineers who can take part in the stages of production and control of healthy products in accordance with the increasing health concerns.
