A constructive solution of conflicts which can be international, national, social, cultural, organizational, between groups and individual; production, teaching and dissemination of theoretical and practical information regarding the constructive solution of the conflicts without using violence is very significant in todays world.

Thus, the objective of this Conflict Resolution programme at Dokuz Eylul University is to educate students to become responsible individuals with advanced oral and written communication skills, capable of remaining neutral and rational under any circumstances while working towards a peaceful resolution of conflicts between individuals on a local, regional, national and international level with the integration of different disiplines such as law, political science, international relations, business, psychology and sociology.
